Alpha entry is a modular system. This, therefore, allows you the flexibility to choose the visitor management options that are essential to you.

Emergency Roll Call, Visitor, Staff and Contractor reports can be generated, shared or printed at the touch of a button. Bespoke development options are also available. The system can fully adapt to meet your specific requirements.

You have three options when choosing your AlphaEntry system.

Our ‘Value Package’ allows you to register and manage all visitors, provide PIN access for all staff, produce reports and provides cloud based emergency roll calls. In addition to the features within the ‘Value Package’, our ‘Standard Package’ also includes a 15″ Display, Barcode and RFiD scanners and email notifications when a visitor signs in.
You can also choose to add an optional staff pack allowing staff to sign in using a personal key-fob or card. In additional to the features within the ‘Standard Package’, our
‘Pro Package’ also provides you with SIMS/MIS Integration and an ‘Event Mode’ which can use used to register parents or delegates at specific on-site events. Staff packs can also be added as above.

Your system will be installed and training delivered by our in house technical team and ongoing telephone and online support is also provided.




If you would like your staff to sign in and out using a personal Keycard or Keyfob then you can choose from either StaffPack50/100/250 which can be added to all of the AlphaEntry Packages.
